A confirmed faction starts with one protected capital and one garrison troop when a slot is available. Capacity increases require five minutes of sustained, verified market data. Stale or missing data pauses expansion. Each turn reinforces within capacity, resolves adjacent attacks with dice, then regroups. Troops are game pieces; battles do not wager funds.
